Garment Branding Service

All coveralls are currently embroidered with the Shell logo and employee names. These items need to be embroidered in Flame Retardant Thread as per the standards and Shell specification. This is much longer lasting than heat transfers on coveralls and ensures the entire garment meets Shell specifications. During the washing and drying process transfers can come off especially with the offshore wash process.

On the wet weather gear and bags, we print all the items with a transfer. We can’t use embroidery on these items as it will affect the integrity of waterproof garments.

Great looking embroidery starts with the best quality machinery, highly skilled embroiderers and the knowledge to produce designs to look great on any textile. We control all aspects of production from digitising (creating embroidery design) to the design of the embroidery disk that controls the machine to producing samples for approval and monitoring the quality of embroidery while on the machines, and quality checks during the packing of the goods.

Keeping this service in-house gives us the flexibility to service Shell quickly and efficiently without having to depend upon sub-contractors and extended delivery timeframes. We also do not require minimum order quantities, which will provide you with greater flexibility in the products and quantities you choose to embroider.

Our service includes in-house digitisation capabilities for optimum reproduction of logos, text and designs – we have a team of two in-house designers who specialise in embroidery work.

We use Wilcom Embroidery Software including CorelDRAW® Graphics Suite, which includes over 200 embroidery fonts, extensive technical and creative embroidery features.

We have recently purchased four additional Happy multi-head embroidery machines and we are able to embroider on a range of textiles including caps, bags and various fabrics, with up to 15 thread colours.

Our heat seal machines and sewing machines allow us to speed up the production process and to ensure the ability to apply customers logos onto just about any fabric.
